Milk Chocolate Stout

Malti: Pale, Crystal, Chocolate, Pale Chocolate, Wheat, Oat, Monaco, Vienna
Luppoli: Magnum

Dedicata a coloro che hanno paura delle birre scure. Dolce, complessa, ma beverina. Il lattosio e le fave di cacao la rendono morbida e profumata. Una birra per golosi...

Countbeer (5148) - Best of E-Town mit 2 Brauhausen, NETHERLANDS - DEC 15, 2012
Bottle: Medium sized, lively tan head, changes pretty quick into a thicker lacing on top of a black colored beer. Smell cream, milk chocolate, malty toast, iron, hint of manure, bad mouth smell.. Ough strange smell... Taste some milk chocolate, good bitter, toasted to light roasted malts and hay, hint of yeast, some toast, bread, light cream and toasted herbs. Aftertaste is good bitter, hay, herbs, toast and milk chocolate. Low carbo, soft light watery mouthfeel, medium body and a texture between watery and creamy. Strange smell, decent taste and aftertaste, medium texture and overall a bit of a pity but it’s bot bad.

Ottimo nero fitto impenetrabile e schiuma abbondante e generosa all’aspetto. Al naso principalmente cacao e avena. In bocca morbida, gradevole e beverina. Non male.
