Draft. A black beer with a thin brown head. The aroma has notes of lacto, milk, roasted malt, and chocolate. The flavor is sweet with notes of roasted malt, lacto sugar, and chocolate, leading to a dry finish.

Bottle, 330 ml. Into a snifter. ABV 5.2%
Black colour on the body, big brown head, kind of froathy, average retention, mostly because of its size. Small foam islands on the beer’s surface and light lacing around the glass’s walls after the head collapses.
Aroma is sweet, of roasted malts, cold coffee and milky chocolate.
Taste or roasted malts. Coffee, mainly on the finish and the aftertaste. The milky chocolate of the aroma is still here but weaker now. Mild bitterness coming from the roasted malts, lingers for a good amount of time.
Thin on the body, high carbonation, also with a fizzy feeling on the tongue. Dry on the palate though.
Overall okay, a bit weak on the taste, especially after the initial impression it gives with the aromas.

Bottle 0.33l at moeder lambic Saint-Gilles. Pours black with small beige head. Aroma is coffee, roasted malt, slightly sour, chocolate. Good. Taste is dark chocolate, roasted coffee, light sweet, medium bitter, some cacao, slightly sour. Very smooth mouthfeel. Rich, full bodied. Very good.

Bottle. Almost black, against the light dark brown. Great brown foam, lacing glass. Aroma of milk chocolate, some sweet coffee with milk, roasted malts. Smooth taste, bitter and sweet in this same time. Notes of milk chocolate, coffee, some roasted malts. Medium body with medium carbonation. Smooth texture - nice, drinkable beer.

UPDATED: NOV 12, 2013 Hmm. This thing fools you into thinking its thicker than it is. With the toned back bitterness of the "milk" chocolate it introduces at silkiness that masquerades as body. Smells like chocolate milk. Good stuff.

On tap @ Elfo’s Pub, Perugia, Italy. Pours with a dark brown colour, small tan head. Aroma is medium malty, with notes of roasted malts and little notes of chocolate and coffee, and little hoppy, with little notes of herbs and resin. Taste is medium sweet, little bitter, quite well-balanced. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation.
