Milk Chocolate Stout

Malti: Pale, Crystal, Chocolate, Pale Chocolate, Wheat, Oat, Monaco, Vienna
Luppoli: Magnum

Dedicata a coloro che hanno paura delle birre scure. Dolce, complessa, ma beverina. Il lattosio e le fave di cacao la rendono morbida e profumata. Una birra per golosi...

Bottle from GBBF 2014 and drunk at home. Black very dark brown beer with a thin lasting tan head. Chocolate and touch of liquorice aroma. Touch of creaminess maybe in the flavour. Fairly dry on the finish. Some milk chocolate on the finish. Not really my thing, but fine and some dryness on the finish.

Butelka 0,33 Ohydna etykieta. Barwa ciemno brązowa przechodząca w czerń. Piana niska, szybko obada do kożucha. W aromacie kawa, powiew paloności i lekkich owoców. krem czekoladowy. W smaku wyraźnie dominuje czekolada, nuty kawowe są również intensywne, przeplatają się z palonymi. Schowane, ale równie przyjemne są nuty mleczne i słabsze owocowe. Lekkie, bardzo pijalne.

Shared with Zach, pours a dark deep brown black with a java head. Nose is malty with chocolate and grainy notes. Taste is sweet chocolate and malt, and light. Finishes on the same tasting notes. Quaff Score 7 / 10

Dark brown pour with a gushing tan head. Entirely over carbed. I switched some bubbles out, let it warm and was able to enjoy a chocolate forward beer. It’s bad right out of the bottle tho.

Bottle. Branding gave me nightmares. Very dark brown tan head. Nose of chocolate, berry, quite fruity like their imperial chocolate stout. Flavour is really soft...

That’s a pretty fucking good milkshake. I don’t know if it’s worth five dollars but it’s pretty fucking good.

Reminds me of Starbucks mocha frappucinos.

A very nice aroma with a distinctive chocolate touch. The beer has almost no head. The taste is not as impressive as the aroma. The palate is not very long. Very little carbonated. All in all a good stout, even on summer holiday. Not too stuffy.
