nel complesso non male.Sicuramente la preferisco piu al gusto che all’olfatto che non è proprio deciso ma poi quando la bevi si ritrovano dei sapori di bitter inglese. floreale,fruttata, leggero amaro nel finale.

Grifo. Vaso de ½ Pinta. Saboreada en may´12. Color ambar oscuro de miel. Corona algodonosa en amplia capa de espuma blanca. Aromas florales con toques sutiles de malta caramel y leve levadura, Limpio amargor que fluye junto a un moderado malteado. Cuerpo medio-alto y moderada-alta carbonatación. On tap. ½ Pint glass. Enjoyed on may´12. Dark honey amber. White froth, thick layer, rocky, crown. Floral aromas with subtle caramel malt & slightly yeasty touches. Clear bitterness gets along with mildy maltiness, Medium to high body, moderate to high carbonation.

33cl bottle from Vinmonopolet, Vika. Pours slightly hazy dark amber with an off-white head. Hoppy nose. Aroma of dark dried fruits, caramel and hops. Medium body and carobonation. Sweet and fruity with a hoppy and bitter finish. Quite nice with a fairly long, bitter and slightly citric aftertaste.

On bottle from Vinmonopolet Vika, thanks Visionthing Dark brown color, not much foam.- hazy. Aromas of malt and toffe Medium body and complexity? Sweet taste (dried raisins)- reduces bitterness Ok beer, but to to my taste

Mi dispiace perchè la birra si beve bene, ma aroma? non pervenuto... Sapore delicato e abbastanza amaro in perfetto stile bitter, retrogusto? Non pervenuto, non bellissima da vedere... Peccato, cmq un plauso a questo birrificio che con la Burocracy la spaceman e soprattutto la fear ha fatto davvero centro!

330ml bottle. Pours a very dirty brown tea like colour with a small even layer of beige foam. There is some malt in the aroma and maybe a bit of caramel, hard to pick up. Strong bitter flavour that is a bit underwhelming.

Light golden brown, beige head. Clean profile. Champagne, mild fruity, dough. Nice but dimmed. Taste isn’t very surprising. Good amount of bitterness. Well made, nothing extraordinary. (Sample from 33cl bottle, thanks Menno!)

Bottle. Aroma english, some malt, some flower. Meh. Flavour is light bitterness, some caremel. Meh.

Brown color. First aroma impression is yeast, with some caramel. Caramel chocolate and roasted malt flavor, with too much yeast and too much bitterness in the end.
Unstylish.

330ml bottle. Pours a deep amber, beige head. Hoppy, floral aromas, rather yeasty, malt, caramel, apricot, oxidized apples Off-dry, medium body and bitterness, very lively CO2. Hoppy, yeasty taste, caramel malt, apples, slightly earthy. (2012-02-29)

Bottled from Domus Birrae Dark amber with a light, beige head. Lightly roasted malt in the aroma. Roasted flavour aswell along with some licorice. Medium bitterness.
