COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Fruits like citrus in its aroma. This ambered IPA have nice dolour but not a great foam (bottled). When you drink it you can feel bitter taste from ipa more persistant than fruits aroma that you can feel. This IPA it is easy to drink and you don’t feel its 7%

Bottle. Head is initially small, frothy, white, mostly diminishing. Body is dark yellow. Aroma is lightly malty (toasted grain), lightly to moderately hoppy (resin, apricot), lightly to moderately yeasty (dough), with notes of butter, spoiled orange juice. Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly to moderately acidic, lightly bitter. Finish is lightly sweet, lightly to moderately acidic, moderately bitter, slightly unclean. Medium body, syrupy/watery texture, lively carbonation, lightly to moderately alcoholic. Obvious diacetyl and infection characteristics in this sample. A drain pour.

On tap at Craft Clerkenwell. Aroma: very subdued at first... getting a bit more expressive when it warms up. Fruity and hoppy. Taste: very nicely balanced between sweet fruitiness . Grapfruit, a bit spicy too. Some resin, some honey. Bitter finish Pretty good: balance is the key word here.

Tap @ BBF 14. Pours golden with a white head. Aroma is kinda tropical with some classic IPA citrus notes, some grape fruit, mandarin, tangerine, orange and just overall a nice and hop forward aroma. Taste has those same hoppy and tropical west coast notes. Also some pine and some weak resin. I slightly malty backbone as well. Really good!
