330ml bottle. Pours a slightly hazy orange with a medium head. Aroma is pineapple, melon and mango. Taste has lots of melon throughout, medium bitter finish with a mango aftertaste. Tasty stuff.

12oz bottle in Against The Grain, Dublin. Pours hazy gold/orange with frothy bright white head. Aroma is big on the pineapple, tangerine, and spices as well as plenty of malt sweetness. Taste again showcases sweet pineapple and some light orange notes; bit of spicy yeast complexity and a dollop of sticky caramel sweetness. Decently balanced with a brief but tasty dose of hop bitterness to finish. A pretty good American inspired IPA (and not wildly expensive like a few of the other Italian micros seem to be)

Bottle at home, 6th September 2012. Pours nicely to form a good looking clear beer, dark golden. Aroma is nice and the flavour is clean and hoppy, good oily mouth feel and carbonation. This is a good solid IPA.

CamdenD (980) - Madrid, SPAIN - SEP 3, 2012
Strong and balanced IPA. Hops are present but not astringent. Aftertaste is crisp and on-point. Little wrong with this one, nice beer from a brewery I’ve yet to not like a beer from. How’s that for wordy?

Svesse (5207) - Hässelby, SWEDEN - SEP 2, 2012
(Draught at Chez Moeder Lambic Fontainas, Brussels, 19 July 2012) Hazy amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with citrus, caramel, bitter orange marmalade and citric hops. Fruity, hoppy taste with notes of orange, caramel, dried apricots and flavours of resin and orange peel in the finish. More than medium body, with a certain sweetness and a generous citric bitterness. Nice one.

Bottle. Pours a murky orange with a small tan head. Discreet lacing. Grapefruit aroma with a candy-like feel; very nice. Fruity notes as it warms. Sweet grapefruit flavour; has a somewhat orange juice feel to it. Bitter hop finish. Lingering green apple note. Overall pretty good; the grapefruit notes are good, but overall it could be a bit more well-balanced. 31.08.12.
