100513: cloudy orange Italian IPA with a light and airy foam that quickly disappears. Leaves thin lace on the glass. Fine hoppy aroma. Hoppy taste is good, however, somewhat bitter. Nice hoppy flavor that is long on the tongue.

Spina @ irish pub quinto Ambrata con schiuma piuttosto persistente. Luppolata il giusto, un pò poco amara per essere un’IPA. Comunque buona!

The head is ok, the body orange and a bit cloudy. It smells hoppy, intensive, bitter, more aromatic, flowery. The taste is flowery & fruity, hoppy, interesting & good, creamy-fruity, less alcoholic. 11/12/11/12/12/12

Location: 12 oz bottle at George & Dragon, 4/5/13

Aroma: This one has a clean hop nose of orange and citrus, with some caramel and bready malts
Appearance: It pours a hazed orange-amber color with a small head and medium-plus lace
Flavor: The taste is pretty balanced, it is lightly sweet and medium hoppy, the flavor works well
Palate: This one has a clean and highly drinkable feel, average carbonation, and a fairly lengthy finish
Overall Impression: I thought this was a pretty solid one. It isn’t a top of style offering, but it was certainly worth trying. I’m plenty glad to have gotten to try it.

This is a genuine, top class IPA. May have rated this one a little harshly, could have easily given it a higher one. Pretty hoppy taste, lots of Passionfriut however includes a good malt backbone. Light to medium bitterness.

bottle Rehills Newcastle. Pours a nice clear copper colour. caramel & pine eesin battling nicely in the aroma stakes, a surprisingly strong initial sweetness on the tongue with a good fizz in there too. Robust body with the alcohol very apparent. Some lemon sherbert flavours towards the throat, complex bittersweet qualities, an intriguing IPA & not quite what I was expecting!
