Birra equilibrata e beverina.

vipinvelp (331) - Velp, NETHERLANDS - MAY 25, 2012
Dark golden yellow with white foam head lacing to glass. Smell is sweet hop, caramel. Taste is bittersweet caramel, somewhat high alcohol. Long bitter aftertaste. Nice beer, good discovery. (Rome 201205)

Pale, orange. Just the right amount of frothy, white foam. Hop scent. Very floral. A tiny hint of skunkiness, but not so much that it ruins it. Resin, pine and hop aroma. Right amount of density. Good IPA!

Bottle from Vinmonopolet. Pours deep golden with a small off-white head. Fruity aroma with peach, citrus, caramel, malt and hints of pine and spices. Sweet and fruity with a bitter finish. Fruity and slightly spicy aftertaste with a lasting bitterness. Nice IPA.

Bottle, cloudy gold with lots of Citra/citrus on the nose, then pineapple and orange citrus on the palate. Very dry-bitter finish. Something not quite right in this.

Bottle from Vinmonopolet Vika. Pours golden orange with a small white head. Herbal on the nose. More herbs, citrus, grass in the mouth. Nice fresh hop character. Lacks a bit of sweet malt, but still very nice.

On tap at Beer de Luxe. Great beer, hoppy but well balanced. Aromas of liquorice, caramel, nuts, and dough. Taste is sweet and bitter, with hints of sourness, and long length. Palate is creamy, and full bodied. Orange, with a frothy head.

Davros (1021) - Melbourne, AUSTRALIA - MAY 11, 2012
Pours dark amber with a small head. Nose shows grapefruit, pine and resin. Underneath is caramel and nutty malt. Flavours include pine and grapefruit, copious amounts of caramel, followed by an assertive bitterness. Nice thick mouthfeel.
