Bottle from Det Gode Brygg, Sandnes. Pours clear golden with a huge frothy white head. Aroma of tropical fruits, flowers and caramel. Lively dry but quite watery mouthfeel. Taste is dry, weak bitter fruity, with some citrus and pineapple at the finish, ok, sort of..

Bottle 33cl from Le Barboteur, @ home. Aroma of mango, grapefruit. Thin bitterness, a bit watery but very refreshing and tasty for such a low abv.

Hazy golden, huge fluffy white head. Aroma has green grapes, grapefruit, a fresh kind of fruityness. Flavour is citric with very little body to back it up. Nicely refreshing but nothing special.

maekchu (2687) - Hirakata, JAPAN - JUN 17, 2015
Bottle from World Beer Market (Sake Taniguchi). Fat, stinky hopping, caramel, citrus, and a bit floral. Hazy light orange/amber color, bif fluffy white head. Mild malty initial, immediately sweet and lightly caramelly, light citrus, some tobacco-like roughness from the hopping, and a light dryish bitter finish. Thin-medium body. Tasty and well-made stuff.

Bottle. Hazy straw yellow body, tall steady head. Aroma has dry citric hops. Sweet malty taste with plenty of dry citric hops. So nicely balanced - the hoppiness is crisp and refreshing, even kind of "grape skin sour" in the finish. Nice crisp carbonation. No cloying caramel in this APA. Absurdly drinkable!

Clear ambery golden color with little foam. The smell has a lot of fruity hoppy aromas. The taste is tart and bitter with a lot fruity flavors. Awesomely dry and tart, maybe a bit overdone but charmingly overdone.

Klar gyllen farve med lyst skum. Lukt av malt, humle, grapefrukt og mere frukt. Smak av malt, humle, grapefrukt og enda mere frukt. Fruktig og bitter avslutning. Det Gode Brygg.

Good fruity hop aromas. Simple yellow appearance. Fruity taste. Light body. This was ok beer.

Hazy pale orange color with nice white head. Aroma is beautifully hopped, tropical fruits and grapefruit. Taste is a bit off, the carbonation is very weird. Dry and hoppy, bitter finish. Not as good as the great aroma promised. Okay though.

Very light body, dry, hoppy but a bit unbalanced. I think they went too far here. It also, strangely, wasn’t so refreshing, which is the minimal one should expect. Perhaps this would be better on tap I have to say, as the carbonation was a bit annoying and in the way. (Bottle from Saveur Bière)
