Cask. An amber beer with no head. The aroma has notes of malt combined with a lighter note of butter. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, straw, and caramel, as well as a light note of butter.

Clear medium amber color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, mold - damp stained - earthy. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, nutty - mold - earthy. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20100121]

Cask Handpump at the Crescent, Salford 23/01/2010 Some fruit aroma. Amber coloured hoppy and fruity with a hint of dryness and bitterness in a malt finish.

Cask in the Market Porter. Alround rating: Caramel malt, grassy and hey like hop, its clean anough but boring and acht.
