Bottle. Brownish beer with a very strong and frothy off white to light brown head. The aroma is very well hopped, and the flavour is very well hopped with heaps, and heaps of dense bitterness. Overall a nice very strongly hopped beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

330ml bottle. Slightly hazy copper color. Medium size, yellow head. Sweet, caramel, grainy, hops, mild buttery notes in aroma. Sweet, toffee, caramel in taste. High carbonation. Way too fizzy for me.

Bottle from Terre de Boissons Calais and drunk at home. Hazy dark russet brown with lasting beige head. Boozy aroma. Some fruity malt. Better in mouth, touch of smoke. Aroma of smokey spirit on the aroma with some malt. Surprisingly smooth in the mouth. i quite like this to be honest. Still the aroma isn’t too good. Not sure what to make of it.

Bottle. Murky brown with a massive head that took ages to dissipate. Malty sweet and powerful with a sweet aftertaste. A special but not great beer.

Bottel from Coppers, Newcastle. Copper coloured with a sweet sticky toffee pudding flavour, burnt currant notes and a sweet malty and caramel finish. This beer tastes way below its extremely strong ABV.

Reminds me of lavender-perfumed-soap. Amber coloured and hazy. Has a white head, mostly lasting. Aroma is sweet, hoppy and perfumed. Sweet flavor, more perfumed notes. Creamy texture.

Doesn’t do it for me. Very murky from the bottle, like bad home brew, though it settles down to a clearer copper colour. Very heady aroma - mostly alcohol. Thin and watery. Taste is not too bad - some apple and pear like an average barley wine. It is drinkable for a 10.1%, but only because of the thin sweetness.

A hazy orange-brown coloured beer with a this frothy off white head. A potent hoppy aroma, loads of citrus fruit, some smoke and heap of grass and pine. Dry mouthfeel. A very tart hop taste, vinous and alcoholic, citrus fruit and a hefty grassy flavour, are all balanced by a syrupy sweet malt flavour, maple syrup and caramel. The hoppiness comes through to the fore in the finish, leaving a lingering sourness. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle. Hazy golden brown with an off white foam. Aromas are thin cola with nutty cocoa and herbal notes. Apple with lemony yeast and leafy notes. Herbal with woody low pine and peppery alcohol. Flavours are cheap cola with thin lemon and earthy apple. Metal with a big foaming palate. Peppery on the finish. What an odd beer, like beer flavouring added to vodka.
