3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle. Brownish beer with a very strong and frothy off white to light brown head. The aroma is very well hopped, and the flavour is very well hopped with heaps, and heaps of dense bitterness. Overall a nice very strongly hopped beer.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle as "nuclear charged bock beer". Pours murky leather brown with medium white head. Aroma is sweet malt, passion fruit, red grapefruit juice and hints of kerosene. Taste is very sweet and medium bitter. Body is creamy with soft carbonation. Finish is long and balanced bitter and sweet with notes of malt, grapefruit, port wine, gravy, coffee, licorice, cardamom and nutmeg. Smooth yet strong.

3.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
It’s a bit misleading that Ten bears the subtitle ’Nuclear Charged Bock Beer’ for it is a strong ale, which has many similarities with German bocks. It has great renewable off-white foam and a very delicate aroma of spices and a little nuts. The taste is sweet only in a slightly sugar sweetness shape, but the sweetness have also some green apples and a spicy taste reminiscent of pine needles. The high alcohol content hiding behind a fine spicy taste of weak pepper and some spices that I can not quite define, maybe a little thyme and rosemary. It is a quite splendid strong ale that is elegant. I can not quite imagine any dish that will fit fine, but is it a full-bodied beer after a hearty meal, then it comes into its own. Especially if you already prefer a sweet beer, for the sweetness of sugar follows the way to the end.

Bottle. Pours murky amber with regular beige creamy head. Aroma is fruity, berries, caramel, bread, malt, milk chocolate, slight toast and booze. Some red apples in there as well. Taste is sweet, malty, caramel, berries and toasty malts. Bit thin body for the ABV, which is well hidden. Dry toasty finish.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
0.33 bottle. Hazy. brown color and a medium, thick, creamy, off-white head leaving a minimal lacing. Aroma of yeasts, dark fruits, fermented apples, and other fruits. Taste is also dominated by esters, although it does not lack a fair share of malts, wood, and smoke. Above medium body, oily texture, and soft carbonation. Finish follows the taste with its fermented fruits, wood, and hints of smoke. Overall quite a good beer; it could use more balance but otherwise decent. Kudos for hiding the alcohol content.

Fra flaske (bb. 01/14) på RBHD-treff hos OG mars-15: gusher! Uklar gylden med tett, offwhite skum. Igjen en god aroma av modne bær, men smaken minner mer om overmodne bær. Forsiktig men lang bitterhet, lett å helle over ganen. Lurer på hvordan en ferskere utgave smaker.
