Hoppy, floral and fruity aroma with hints of a malty sweetness. Hoppy, bitter flavor with fruity and pine notes. Light dry and fruity finish. Flowery hoppy, red berries, nice malty, light ryebread, grass, pine, a bit thin body - but nice malty and hoppy. thewolf (3392), Kolding, Denmark Mar 14, 2007 Draught. Very hazy orange with a thin head that quickly fizzes away. Aroma has a touch of tea, fruits and a flowery hoppyness. Mouthfeel is quite round and soft. Flavour begins with some caramel and a quite sweet bitter hoppyness that finishes dry and bitter. Grovlam (2906), Copenhagen, Denmark Mar 13, 2007 Draught @ the Brewpub. Color was golden-amber. Two finger fizzy off-white color head. Fair lacing. Aroma was light notes of elder flower, pine, sweet grapefruit, citrus, other notes of fruit, caramel. Medium bodied with a soft carbonation and a slightly dry texture. Flavor was predominantly light bitter, with notes of sweetness. Slightly dry licorice like finish.
