Beautiful dark amber color; thick creamy head. Malty aroma, some hop, light fruitness. Good malty taste, round, with caramel, cake; correct bitterness, good aromatic hop.

Feb 5, 2006 Draft at brewpub. Fair deminishing head, maybee taster-glass doesnt give head!!!! Heavy hoppy aroma and flavor.

Feb 5, 2006 Draught. Orange / amber colour with a creamy mostly diminishing head. Spicy aroma and taste. Light palate.

Jan 31, 2006 Draught @ the brewpub: Orange coloured. Hazy. Beige dense medium sized head. Impressive looks. Sweet, heavily spiced and citric aroma. Flavour as well is spiced but a bit more moderate. Citric and fruity. Is quite dry and pleasant to drink. Has a light sour edge. Medium bodied. Is very dry and spiced in the end. I find this quite good.
