fiulijn (5860), Como; Lausanne (CH); Malmö (SWE), Italy Feb 19, 2006 Draught at the brewpub Beautiful dark amber color; thick creamy head. Malty aroma, some hop, light fruitness. Good malty taste, round, with caramel, cake; correct bitterness, good aromatic hop. madsberg (4365), Bangalore, India Jan 31, 2006 Draught @ the brewpub: Orange coloured. Hazy. Beige dense medium sized head. Impressive looks. Sweet, heavily spiced and citric aroma. Flavour as well is spiced but a bit more moderate. Citric and fruity. Is quite dry and pleasant to drink. Has a light sour edge. Medium bodied. Is very dry and spiced in the end. I find this quite good. Ungstrup (11075), Frederiksberg, Denmark Nov 19, 2005 A hazy red beer with a thin light brown head. The aroma is hoppy with notes of citrus - especially grapefruit and oranges. The flavor is sweet malty with strong notes of hops giving it a grapefruit note. Nice. Dixen (1465), Copenhagen, Denmark Jan 23, 2006 Draft at the brewpub. Light sweet and fruity aroma, with a pleasant touch of hops. Reddish colored body with a small white head. Sweet malty flavor, light fruity, with some hops in the end which turns into a mellow bitterness. Papsoe (9999), Frederiksberg, Denmark Nov 25, 2005 (On tap) Beautiful, clear dark amber with a handsome, creamy off-white head on top of which the bartender placed a couple of Amarillo leaves - an unusual but very nice gesture. The hops added extra spicyness and floral hop aroma. Medium body, dominated by roasted malt and the common Brewpub touch of burned malt - perhaps even slightly smoked. Marked, hoppy finish. One of the best offerings from Brewpub so far. 251105
