Commercial Description:

On draft at brewpub, part of sampler tray. Arrived a clear amber with a thin off-white head. Aroma of toasty malts and wild flowers, light summer fruits and pine notes with hints of soap. Nice toasty malt flavor, dry character, with pleasant floral and slightly citrus hops, apricot and with pepper. Medium body, tingly carbonation.

Dark yellow colored with slightly cloudy appearance. Little white head. Rich fruity and yeasty, again somehow cask-aled aroma with hints of lemon and yeast. Thin to medium bodied. Flavor starts with apple fruitiness and yeast, aftertaste dries strongly with mild cardboard.

Let, lys amerikansk inspireret PA.
