Aug 17, 2008 Draught at the brewpub. Clear pale amber, minimal head. Grapefruity nose. Quite dry with rounded mouthfeel. Freshly hoppy with medium bitterness. Tasty, but quite one-dimensional.

Aug 5, 2008 On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear golden with a diminishing white head. Bitter with lemon aromas. Thin body. Soft carbonation.Long bitter finish with hints of metals.

Aug 3, 2008 (Draught at Brewpub Köbenhavn, 24 July 2008) Copper colour with brief, white head. Fruity, fresh nose with balanced notes of elderflowers. Floral, fruity taste with notes of citrus, elderflowers and balanced bitterness in a fairly dry finish. Quiet nice, the elderflowers are evident, but never really take over too much.

Jun 9, 2008 On draft at brewpub, part of sampler tray. Arrived a clear amber with a thin off-white head. Aroma of toasty malts and wild flowers, light summer fruits and pine notes with hints of soap. Nice toasty malt flavor, dry character, with pleasant floral and slightly citrus hops, apricot and with pepper. Medium body, tingly carbonation.
