Cask at the brewpub. Muddy, dark brown. Small, off-white head. Sweetish aroma from raspberries and cedar. Vinous and warm alco-feel. Berry-flavour. Thick, oily and sweet malty.

Cask at Brewpub, Copenhagen) Very cloudy brown color, brown head. Fruity, sourish raspberry aroma, oak and cork notes.Malty, sourish, fruity flavor, vinous, raspberries, woody notes and quite sweet.

Cask at the brewpub. Hazy brown coloured with a red gleam and a lacing beige head. Sweet aroma of caramel and raspberries with metallic notes. The flavour is dominated by raspberries with notes of wood and caramel. Tart finish.

Cask. Pours a deep red-brown colour. Sweet, fruity raspberry wood aroma. The flavour is sweet with raspberries, wood, caramel and a little sourness. Surprisingly little sourness in this beer.

Cask @ Brewpub. Two finger beige bubbly head that mostly lasted. Fair display of lacework. Muddy dark brown / mahogany color. Lovely raspberry sniff with hint of citrus, wood and sweet mix of fruit as well. Over the palate, light sour notes of raspberry, fresh apple, light citrus. Medium bodied with a soft carbonation and somewhat dry texture. Light sour and sweet flavor in balance. Raspberry sour finish with a hint of spice feel.
