On draft at brewpub, final taster of sampler tray. Arrives a clear mahogany-amber color with a small beige head that leaves spots of lace. Aroma of persimmon and spice, florals, dust and earth, citrus, grass and toasty malts. Flavor is toasty and bitter, with citrus rind, pine needles and forest floor, lemon grass, cumin, cantaloupe rind and florals. Medium body and gentle carbonation. Nice !

On tap at the brewpub. Clear, copper body, with a dense, off-white to beige head. Fruity nose with pine, resin, citrus and some malty sweetness. Sweet start on the flavor, but the sweetness is soon muscled away by the hops, with bitterness, pine and resin. The finish has a nice, resiny bitterness with fruits and citrus. Medium body, maybe a bit sticky. A lovely, hoppy IPA, not extreme in any way. (071006)

(Draught at Brewpub Köbenhavn, 26 March 2008) Dark amber colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with notes of citrus (orange peel, grapefruit) and a hint of pine needles. Fruity taste with grapefruit, orange peel, and a nice piney bitterness in the finish. Very nice beer.

Draught at the brewpub. A amber beer with a off-white head. The aroma is sweet caramel malt, pine and floral hops, the taste is the same with a high carbonation. Medium body with a dry hoppy finish.
