tarjei (1051), Bryne, Norway May 13, 2008 On tap at the brewpub. Amber color, moderate white head. Aroma is hops. Flavor is hoppy and fruity. A bit watery. larsga (2113), Oslo, Norway May 13, 2008 Small white head. Copper body with light carbonation. Strong aroma of tropical fruit, honey, and resin, all from the hops, I suspect. Clear, clean, and harmonic. Sweet, deep fruity earthy malt taste with honeyish resiny notes as well as some wood and perhaps a little alcohol. Chalky pea notes. Bitter dandelion and fruit aftertaste. Excellent! (0.1l draft at the brewpub.) Jukkabro (2307), Tampere, Finland Apr 21, 2008 Light coppery colored with cloudy appearance, little yellow head. Medium hopped flowery aroma with some caramelly-berry sweetness also present. Medium bodied. Flavor has mild vegetably yeastiness in it, still hops and bitterness dominate here. Aftertaste lasts with bitterness and caramel, mild alcohol also here.
