ChristianScheffel (2087), Odense, Denmark Apr 18, 2008 Hazy yellow with a lasting white head. Grainy wheat aroma with some orange. Sweet flavour with some citrus notes - rather boring. Prickly carbonation. Papsoe (9999), Frederiksberg, Denmark Apr 7, 2008 (On tap) Hazy, orangey golden with an off-white head leaving some lacework. Very distinct orange aroma - we’re almost talking orange juice here. Fairly light in body without much malt feel. Instead you get a fresh, orangey acidity. Very subdued bitterness. Has some lightly perfumy accents. This is miles from a traditional Wit, but it’s very refreshing. 040408 Thomas_E (4814), Copenhagen, Denmark Apr 2, 2008 Hazy pale yellow colour with a white head. Fruity flavour of wheat, citrus aand hops with notes of spices.

Refreshing wit, with a nice bitternes, but the citrus is a bit too much.
