On tap @ the brewpub. Hazy and reddish brown in colour with a medium sized head. A bit malty and sweet with notes of wood, spices, hops, toffee and hops.

Apr 1, 2008 Unclear redbrown of color with a shortlasting beige head. An aroma with spicy notes, malt, nuts and hops. A flavor of malt, hops and liqurice. A nice christmas IPA

Dec 19, 2007 Hazy amber, reddish colour with a small creamy beige head. Malty, toffee, cookie sweet aroma with some fruity notes and vague hints of hops. malty, light caramel and cookie sweet flavor with fruity notes. Light dry hoppy and alcohol sweet finish.

Dec 9, 2007 Draught. Orange colour with a small off-white head. Aroma and flavour of hops, caramel, malt and fruit.
Skinnyviking (3023), Copenhagen, Denmark
Dec 3, 2007 Draught. Small and quickly disappearing off-white head. Hazy orange body. Floral aroma with notes of caramel and raisins. More hoppy than expected but the bitterness is definately bareable. Alcohol percentage well hidden by the bitterness. Low carbonation, long aftertaste.
