Draft at the brewpub - Copenhagen. Pours clear, copper-gold with a fine, creamy off-white head. Dry and bready malt nose, some toasty cereal, hints of dry caramel. Light to medium sweet flavor with further bready, lightly toasted malts, touches of dry toffee, light dried fruits. Light to medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Moderately sweet finish, lightly toasted and bready malts, hints of toffee. Drinkable stuff.

Amber colored pour with an off-white head. A malty sweetness with a lot of toast, bread, and toffee on the nose. Decently hoppy with some floral and citrus aromas. A bit of perfume to it, too. The flavor is fairly heavy on the toffee, caramel, and toasted bread notes. Somewhat floral and perfumey on the nose with a lot of citrus peel and a mild bitterness.
