UPDATED: OCT 2, 2009 2008-09-30, draught at the brewpub, 6-4-6-3-12=31
Beautiful amber color. It has a strong grainy aroma. Caramel flavor, malt and cereals; strong bitterness. A good beer but nothing special.
2005-10-15, draught at the brewpub, 8-4-7-5-14=38
Cloudy amber color. Very nice hoppy, Cascade aroma. Reasonable body structure, malty, with a very strong hopping; long and aromatic final, not enough malty.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Grapefruit-orange-citrus hops with strong supporting biscuity malts. Clear copper coloured body with low, fine bubbled, off white head that recedes to partial cover with some lacing. Toasty, biscuity malt flavours with light hints of dark malts and fair bitterness. Medium light body with moderately lively carbonation. Sampled on tap at the brewpub.

2.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 11/20
Draught at the brewpub. Clear amber. Aroma of stable and grapefruit. Very dry with clean, hard mouthfeel. The hops dominates this nicely aromatic beer, giving it a resiny bitter finish. The malt character however suffers.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
(n tap) Clear amber colour with a small, creamy head. Lovely floral nose. Quite light-bodied, with a flavour completely dominated by the aroma hops. Nicely aromatic with the hops also leaving a solid dose of bitterness. 280605

2.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
On tap at Brewpub Copenhagen during RBESG 05 pub crawl. Diacetyl (toffee etc) business going on. Hints of hoppiness, but more of a crusty pepper bitterness. Too much of a UK IPA, which is a disappointment for me.

1.4 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 4/20
Draught at Brewpub.
This beer was infected and sour. Not much bitterness. Too thin and buttery. I can’t believe they sell infected beer!
