0.5 l bottle. Amber color with creamy head. Sweetish and hoppy aroma with flowery, lemony and piney hops as well as notes of honey. Something dull and tobacco like in the hop aroma. Sweetish flavor with lemony-piney hops, soap, firm bitterness and maltiness low in the background.

Good beer on tap at the brewpub. A little overpriced at DKK70 for only .5 liter. developed hops and well balanced malt. the head was a little unimpressive for an IPA. Better value out of Super Best, bottled.

Stefano (1872) - Esbjerg, DENMARK - SEP 13, 2007
Light copper with a nice big fluffy white head. Sweet apricot malt aroma with light whisky notes. Taste of hops and sweetish malts, and a bitter aftertaste of roasty malts and hops. Bitter throughout. A tiny bit watery, but well balanced.

Tasted 2007-09-11. Bottle, 50cl. Pours orange with white head. Mild aroma of hops and malt. Flavour is the same, but not as mild. Decent beer! Too expensive!

50 cL bottle. Pours hazy amber/orange with a huge creamy light brown/orange head. Aroma is cascade hops in big doses, mild maltiness beneath. Flavour has the same, nice blend with a solid malt base. Dry floral finish.

Marsiblursi (3001) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - JUL 27, 2007
(Bottle) Pours dark red. Hoppy and light malty aroma with notes of syrup, caramel, nuts, resin, pine, pear, tangerine, apricot and some light floral hints. Some doughy yeast tones. Light malty and medium hoppy flavour with notes of light grapefruit, pine and some subtle fruits. Dry and medium bitter with a light fruity aftertaste. Medium body. More complex than fantastic.

500. Thanks, Maria! Pours a gorgeous hazy medium amber with a towering, sudsy white head. Plenty of lace. Nice modest grassy nose. Medium body, active carb, plenty of grass and light caramel notes on the mid-palate. Probably a little bit closer to an ESB by the standards of bold flavors in the Pacific Northwest, but a very tasty beer.
