A clear amber beer with a disappearing white head. The aroma is sweet hoppy - cascade, combined with notes of caramel. The flavor is very dry with notes of toffee and nuts, leading to a dry and slightly bitter end. I need more hops - more bitterness.

(on tap @ BrewPub) Pours a slightly hazy copper with lasting, medium white head and good lace. Aroma is rather subdued unfortunately. I can barely detect anything but I guess there are hints of a little malt. Very disappointing so far. Oily on the palate, medium body with medium carbonation and a mildly bitter finish. Balanced but on the malty side. This IPA is no better than the average English-style IPA that you could get in any provincial microbrewery.

Draught at the Brewpub. Slightly hazy amber with a small white head. Hoppy aroma with sweet malt, caramel and spices. Dry and slightly bitter finish. Nice and quite refreshing, but a tad bit too sweet for my taste. (2012-04-06)

Draught @ Kobenhavn Brewpub. hazy dark blond coloured beer with some very light carbonation and a dence but medium white head. Fruity, light bitter hoppy hinted aroma. Medium to full refreshing hoppy palate. Finish is nice bitter hoppy with a somewhat dence dry ending. Not bad.

Hazy amber colour with small white head. Sweet caramel, malt and wet fresh hoppiness in aroma. Bath whisk (saunavihta), bitter wet hops and grass in flavour. Also dried with Dry hop direct aka with extra dry hops added.

Bottle. Plenty of hops and grass in aroma. Unclear orangeamber colour with beige head. Bitter hops flavour with hay and flowers and with a nice bitter aftertaste.

Golden colored with little yellow head. IPAish aroma with flowers and hops, some distracting barnyard skunkiness also here. Medium bodied. Flavor is cleaner with nice flowers, lemon, grass and hops. Aftertaste lasts long.

I really enjoyed this IPA! Had a great aroma of hops. Was a bit cloudy but solid beer.

50 cl bottle at Skallerup Klit. Amber color, nice off-white head. Aroma is hoppy and fruity. Flavor is sweet malty with hops and fruit. Sorry to say that it is a bit watery.
