From tap at the brewpub. Pours an unclear orange with a small creamy and light orange head. Mild unfermented wort base in the aroma mixed with a light orangey hops note. Sweet malty initially followed by an orange to apple fruity flavour. Grapefruity and passion fruity finish.

Ungstrup (29226) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - AUG 8, 2008
Draft. A hazy amber beer with a lazing off-white head. The aroma is sweet malty with a quite strong note of yeast and spicy notes of amongst other lemongrass, the yeast lends it a slight acidity. The flavor is sweet with an acidic note too, leading to a dry malty and slightly acidic finish.

Draught at the brewpub. Muddy orange coloured with a small off white head. Fruity aroma of yeast and spices with notes of hops and berries (the aroma is close to a saison). Fruity flavour of yeast with notes of spices and hops. Dry hoppy finish. The yeast and the fruitynes are dominating. Too low carbonated for a belgian inspired beer.

On tap at the brewpub. A clear, golden beer with a small, white head. Fruity nose with a strange, almost vegetables-like touch. Quite fruity and citrusy in the mouth. Some caramel too, and a decent bitterness. Medium body. A refreshing beer, but anonymous. (080912)
