Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, roasted notes, light to moderate hoppy, grapefruit, orange, spicy - anis, butter notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Half, draught at the brewpub. Filmy layer over an amber-tan body with a slight haze. Grassy hops to the nose followed by a taste of sweet malts, fruity caramel and an underlying yeasty touch. Light, bitter-sour ending. (Kick-off to European Beer Festival at BrewPub, Copenhagen 12.09.2008).

On draught at the Brewpub Kopenhaven 12-09-08. Pours light amber, surprisngly quite bitter not at first but then I get some loose citrussy flavours in the cheek pouches, its a touch sour, its just ok.
