Tap @ Brewpub, Cph.
Pours hazy golden with a medium, creamy, white head. Fine duration. Aroma has peach, apricot, tangerine peel and oranges. Low to medium carbonation, fine light and dry mouthfeel. Flavour has lots of citrusfruits, lime, tangerine, grapefruit. Lingering hoppy dryness. Light malty balance. I really see the Christmas in this one!

Prøveglass på bryggeripuben 4 Nov 11. Lys gylden. Veldig lavt skum. God aroma av sitrus & fersken. Smaken det samme. Rimelig uforandret. Litt syrlighet i avslutninga.

humlelala (944) - DENMARK - NOV 22, 2011
(on tap @ Brewpub) Pours a clear golden with medium, white head, decent retention and lace. Impressively aromatic, fruity and hoppy for the simcoe, willamette and challenger hops used. Oily texture, medium carbonation, full body and a slightly sweet finish that complements the fruitiness well. Taste is balanced with a little sweetness and a longer, mild bitterness toward the end. Well composed and to my liking.
