Draft @ Brewpub. Spare to no head. Light golden cloudy color. Spare display of lacework. Aroma of butter, caramel, mild smoke like notes and a hint of fruity feel as well. Light bodied with fair carbonation and light dry texture. Light sweet and bitter flavor. Light dry mild bitter finish.

fiulijn (15260) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - FEB 26, 2010
Draught at the brewpub
Brewed with East Kent Golding hops

Hazy blond color. Very light aroma, vegetables minestrone, light pizza yeast, very light chamomile. Remarkable for the total absence of malt flavor; dull like a Dutch lager, with anonymous bitterness, maybe a earthy dash, and yeast flavor too.

Tap @ Brewpub. Pours clear golden with a small off white head. Nose is butterscotch around all edges in a rahter disgusting way. Hmmhh. Medium bodied. Not drinkable.

On tap. Slightly hazy golden with a white head leaving some lacework. Sweetish malty nose with a whiff of fruit. Medium body, fairly solid malt base - do I sense a whiff of smoke? Fairly hoppy finish. Decent and drinkable but utterly boring. 241109

Tap @ the brewpub.
Pours light hazy golden with a medium, creamy, white head. Fine duration. Fine malty aroma, light flowery aroma, light caramel, some crisp pilsner malts. Medium carbonation, nice dry mouthfeel. Fine flavour, good and uncomplicated. Light piney, grassy, flowery hops - quite fresh. Fine, balanced bitterness. Quite delicious.
