COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Draught. Low fluffy lasting light brown head. Pitch black body. Lovely sweetish berries like aroma with coffee, choccolate and liquorice. Smooth creamy coffee cocoa liqorice flavor with a fair amount of hops bitterness that is just enough to avoid that the beer gets too sweet. Low carbonation, long finish. Alcohol level seems just right.

Tap @ the brewpub. Pours deep redish black with a small, creamy, beige head. Aroma has raisins, roasted malts, dark chocolate, mild smoke, nuts. Low carbonation, nice oily and light dry mouthfeel. Flavour is elegant, dry and roasted, light nutty, dark chocolate, fairly smoky. Warming viniousness in the finish. Good dryness as well.
