Beautiful persistent foam. The beer has relatively much carbon dioxide and beads easily on the tongue. Smells like a classic wheat. The taste is fruity with distinct tones of citrus. Hop bitterness is moderate with long aftertaste. A nice beer, but not one which leaves the greatest impression.

Draught @ The brewpub. Pours a hazy pale golden color with a longlasting white head. Fruity yeasty aroma with some hoppy hints. Sweet malty and slightly yeasty fruity flavor with some hoppy hints. Sweet malty yeasty finish.

Small white head. Slightly hazy pale yellow body. Fruity stale banana aroma. Dry-sweet mealy yeasty fruity banana taste with honeyish notes. Dry mealy fruity aftertaste, kind of faint. Light, drinkable. I’m probably meant to say it’s seductive, but it isn’t really, just nice. (0.1l draft at the brewpub.)

Clear golden with medium white head. Sweet fruity aroma with yeasty and hoppy notes. Flavor likewise with a hoppy end.

Draught @ Brewpub. Average fizzy white head that mostly lasted. Somewhat clear sparkling body with a golden color. Good display of lacework. Aroma of nice smooth hops, sweet flower, citrus and a bit of grain. Over the palate came apricot and peach. Also some fruity notes with light citrus and underlying caramel notes. Medium bodied with an average carbonation and light dry smooth texture. Moderated sweet and bitter flavor that was well balanced. Liquorish like sweet and light hoppy bitter dry finish. Quit enjoyable I thought.

Skinnyviking (8958) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - APR 30, 2008
Draught. High and lasting creamy white head. Hazy slightly golden body. Mild, fruity and sweet barley malt aroma. Soft feeling and yet relatively hoppy flavor with low carbonation and a long bitter aftertaste.

Papsoe (25063) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - APR 27, 2008
(On tap) Clear golden with a creamy, off-white head leaving some laces. Fresh aroma of fruit and a little floweryness. Medium body, distinctly sweet pale malt and fruit. Yet a surprisingly hoppy finish that balances things out pretty well. A very decent and quenching spring refresher. Presumably a crossover beer between a Belgian Blonde and a Wit. 260408

Bottle at the brewpub. Clear yellow - white head. Fruity, yeasty, light spicy, flax, licorice yeasty, light dusty. Boring.

Jukkabro (3484) - Tampere, FINLAND - APR 21, 2008
Light yellow colored with cloudy appearance. Nicely spiced and hopped aroma with mild banana aside. Medium bodied. Flavor is dominated by yeast which reminds me of some casked ales, lemon also strongly present with soft banana. Aftertaste dries strongly with some sour lemon.
