2.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
On tap at the Brewpub in Copenhagen.
Copper color with a small beige foam that disappeared quickly. Aroma of malt, nuts, citrus and some weak hints of smoke.
The taste was nothing special, not so fresh in terms of citrus and tropical fruits that I had hoped for. Clearly this was a British IPA. The bitterness was mild, also some yeast in the taste. A lot of nuts inte aftertaste. A bit watery and boring.

Bottle. Poured a clear amber with a thin off-white head. Aroma had pine and citrus hops with a sweet earthy undertone. Flavor was similar to that of the aroma with quite a bitter finish.

2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Cask Conditioned at the brewpub, 6-3-6-3-10=28
Hazy deep blond color; persistent head. Some aroma of apples skins, glue, yeast. The flavor is simple, some malt, yeast, sweeter than the keg. Correct bitterness. Too much yeast. Dusty. Flawed.
Draught at the brewpub, 5-3-5-2-9=24
Hazy deep blond color; small head. Almost no aroma, a bit yeasty. Poor flavor, little carbonation. Correct bitterness. Simple.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
On cask at BP Kobenhavn. Pours copper color with slight haze and a creamy beige head that leaves lots of lace. Earthy herbal hop aromas, overripe summer fruits, nicely balanced with light floral notes. Rich biscuity malts, crisp floral hops with a bit of citrus peel, toffee and grass, but slightly muddy overall. Smooth and full on the tongue, with spritely tingly carbonation.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
According to the description, this is an english ipa. Aroma plesantly hoppy with notes of brewpub yeast and caramel. The flavour is moderately hoppy with some fruity esters playing along. Not that bitter and a bit odd palate. But still quite drinkable

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Small white head. Copper body with light carbonation. Strong aroma of tropical fruit, honey, and resin, all from the hops, I suspect. Clear, clean, and harmonic. Sweet, deep fruity earthy malt taste with honeyish resiny notes as well as some wood and perhaps a little alcohol. Chalky pea notes. Bitter dandelion and fruit aftertaste. Excellent! (0.1l draft at the brewpub.)

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Light coppery colored with cloudy appearance, little yellow head. Medium hopped flowery aroma with some caramelly-berry sweetness also present. Medium bodied. Flavor has mild vegetably yeastiness in it, still hops and bitterness dominate here. Aftertaste lasts with bitterness and caramel, mild alcohol also here. Decent IPA.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
God, rar british style IPA med mellem malt. Gik fint sammen med ærtesuppen hos BrewPub i en i øvrigt ikke helt imponerende middag. Fremragende som fredagsøl dog...
