Danish: Ray C er en amerikansk lagerøl - en undergæret type som man f.eks. kender de pilsner - brygget på pale ale- og karamelmalt, hvilket giver denne øl en smuk gylden farve. Da Ray C netop er undergæret, er der kun den helt rene smag af malt og humle, der præger denne øl.
Særligt de amerikanske humletyper Amarillo, Cascade og Columbus er meget fremtrædende, og bidrager med betydelig mere smag og aroma, end man kender det fra en almindelig pilsner. Ikke mindst fordi bryggeren har tør-humlet denne øl, som man kender det fra IPA. En frisk øl med god krop, moderat bitterhed og megen blomst- og citrusaroma.

Hop is floral and sends a lovely welcoming aroma. Good and little discreet caramel malt keeps the taste long until hoppy bitterness comes on the field and ends with a semi-dry bitter aftertaste. Its hop profile is very American and it is quite delicious American lager.

Clear medium yellow orange color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, moderate hoppy, orange - citrus, lime, medicine. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, citrus - lime peel, plastic bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110211]

Draft. A hazy light golden beer with a lazing off-white head. The aroma has strong notes lemon, straw, and hops, as well as liighter notes of malt. the flavor is sweet with notes of malt, straw, and lemon, leading to a dry finish where a note of wet hay appears. The body is light.
