300ml, draught of the 2010-edition, 5.6% ABV. Deep. Ruby-red body under a filmy layer. Nice hoppy Yuletide spices to the nice. Hop-malty taste, very fine balanced flavour of bitterness and sweetness. Rounded, lingering bitter hops to the ending. Good Christmas feel in this one. Enjoyed in a very relaxing and cosy atmosphere at the brewpub early on a Saturday afternoon in Copenhagen, 13.11.2010.

Draught. Medium high lasting off-white fluffy head. Clear dark brown body. Vineous cinnamon alcohol plum aroma and flavor with low carbonation and a long aftertaste.

From tap at the brewpub. Pours hazy dark brown/amber with a small off-white to light tan head, leaving a nice lacing on the glass. Fruity and toffee roasted malt aroma. Mild bitter, fruity and toffee roasted malt flavoured with a light bitterness coming through. Bitter and dry flavoured finish.

Draft. A hazy red-amber beer with a thin lazing tan head. The aroma has notes of malt, toffee, and a bit of spices. The flavor sweet with notes of caramel, malt, fruit, and a bit of spices, leading to a dry spicy finish.

Light beige head. Hazy red body. Fruity strawy roasty aroma with tropical fruit notes. Dry-sweet roasty candy and earth taste with yeasty notes. Mild, flat mouthfeel. Mid-bodied. Dry roasty dusty strawy aftertaste with earthy musty notes. Nice, if a little musty. (0.1l draft at brewpub.)

Tap at the brewpub. Color is red/brown. Aroma and taste are rich malt, caramel, spices, hops and some notes of chocolate and orange.

Clear red with a medium beige head. Sweet aroma with roasted malt, caramel, fruity and hoppy notes. Flavour had roasted malt, caramel, ripe fruits and hoppy notes. Finished bitter though somewhat sweet.

Nice and rounded beer. Quite pleasen in the long drink. No pronounced bitterness, though present.
