CBF 2012. Cloudy red brown. Offwhite lace. Roasted chocolaty base, grassy in the balance. Coffee retronasal. A bit too fullbodied for an ESB.

Draught. Frothy white fair mostly deminishing head. Amber colour. Moderate malty and light hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Average light bitter finish. Oily palate.

red ale in a red/brownish color, a bit sweet with some sour notes, nothing special at all, and not worth running around to find

Tap @ the brewpub. Medium head with medium duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are malt, hops, caramel, nuts and notes of fruits.

Nose is coriander, bland spice, a little meaty, feel is watery, carb is medium, taste is heavy leaves, bittersweet hops, cereal and soft red berry finish.

Draught at Brewpub. Dark amber colour with an small off-white head. Aroma and flavour of roasted malt, fruit, hops and floral notes.

Draught at the brewpub. Dark red-brown body. Roasty coffee-like malty taste. Weak coffee in the taste, not much else, vaguely sweet and yeasty, sorta like Cole Porter Light but as such it isn’t bad.

Cloudy red amber with a medium beige head. Aroma had toasted malt, caramel and grassy hops. Flavour had toasted malt, caramel and hoppy hints. Finished malty and dry.

Offwhite medium coarseish head. Brown body. Fruity dusty wooden aroma with peppery notes. Dry-acidic wooden caramelly very lightly vinegary taste with roasty notes. Dry burnt dusty aftertaste. Not very successful. Faintly infected? Or just the beer left over in the tap line from yesterday? (0.1l taster at brewpub.)
