Draft. A hazy deep red beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of flowery hops. The flavor is sweet matly with notes of flowery hops, baking yeast, and strawberries, leading to a slightly bitter finish. Not an IPA in my book.

Hazy orange coloured with a small white head.
Frutiy aroma of caramel and hops wtih notes of grass and flowers.
Fruity flavour of caramel and hops with notes of grass and liquorice powder.
Dry hoppy finish.

Draught mid February 2011. Oranghe hazy looking colour, small fairly well lasting white head. Pleasant fruity hoppy bit spiced like aroma. Good mouthfeel. Flavour has fruity hops with citrus, bit spice like, sweet, malty and a pleasant well lasting medium bitterness, dry.

Draught at Brewpub. Clear red/amber - offwhite head. Ok hoppy. Medium malty. Red berries. Grassy. Herbal. Tea notes. Bitter finish. Chocolate. Light sweetness. Toasted. Hørsæk. Classic brewpub taste and finish.

flavor is bitter as in an english bitter, sort of fruit peel bitterness, red fruity, malty, marcipan or bitter almonds.

Draught at the brewpub. Low fluffy off-white quickly disappearing head. Clear dark brown body. Fruity sweet roasted malt caramel aroma. Very sweet cocoa berries fruit that is well balanced. Fair amount of hops bitterness. Low carbonation. Long sweet finish.

On tap. Slightly hazy amber golden with an off-white head. Caramel and fruit in the nose, a little yeast and smoke as well. Mediumbody, sweet fruit and caramel, yeast and again a note of smoke. Some late hop bitterness - not that aromatic and refined though. 190211

(on tap @ Brewpub; 2012 vintage) Pours clear copper with two-finger tan head. Decent retention and good lace. Aroma is smoky with some berries. Medium body, soft carbonation, oily texture with a slightly bitter finish. I find mostly peaty smoke in the taste, which has a little bitterness and hints of berries. Doesn’t resemble the NZ IPA’s that I know but then again I never tried Green Bullit before, which this year’s vintage is based on.

From tap at the brewpub. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is mild fruity and citrusy. Vague butterish. Slight herbal. Mild fruity and slight citrusy to peachy. Light strawberry note. Bitter and slight citrusy finish.
