Cask conditioned at the brewpub. Light brown beer with a small white head. Strong aroma of wood, roast malt, some grain and some fruit. Sweet and smooth first impression in the mouth, then a little roasted bitterness shows up.

Once more, I think that the cool (?) guy behind the counter inverted the beers; why do they like to switch the glasses if they can’t make 1+1?

Hazy brown color. Caramel aroma, soil (quite regular in Denmark; I had forgotten that). Dull caramel flavor, dust and soil; low bitterness, some of it in the end; yeasty (end of cask possibly). Bad idea.

Red-brown color. Pleasant but simple, smooth, with a lean body and a caramel character.

Draught. Pours a pale red-brown colour. Sweet bit sourish toasty malty aroma with a bit of spices. Soft well toasted maltiness in the flavour with some spices, caramel and bit of yeast and a slight sourness.

Tap @ the brewpub. Pours a light redish amber-brown with a nice creamy beige head. Aroma has caramel of the sweet kind - a little like cream toffees. A little thin palate. Flavour is a little underwhelming. Some yeast, sweet caramel - but it has a slightly poor aftertaste.

Tap. Amber color with a light off white head. Sweet malty body with notes of caramel. Light burnt and very light smoke note. Dry light bitter palate.
