COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
I´m gonna make him a beer he can´t refuse….
Maltprofil: pils og lys cara. Humle: Northdown (bitter), Styrian (aroma). Tysk undergær. 16 IBU – let bitter. Sødme: moderat rest sødme.

jookos (2162) - FINLAND - MAY 17, 2014
Tap @ brewpub. Pale yellow. Lagery aromas (clean pale malts), can’t find much else there. Soft nice body, some greens. Feels a bit dull, boring. But ok if you’re out for a drink that doesn’t stress the tastebuds too much or overpower whatever you’re eating.

Medium white head. Clear pale amber body. Strawy dusty fruity aroma with resiny gooseberry notes. Dry resiny earthy taste with pea and dandelion notes. Mid-bodied. Sharpish, slightly astringent mouthfeel. Dry resiny wooden citrus aftertaste with dusty dandelion notes. Really nice, but a bit sharp in the finish. (0.5l draft at brewpub.)
