Cloudy golden with a lasting white head. Aroma of hay and grain, with a fruity touch. Dry malty flavour with biscuit, nice hop character and en elegant mild note of smoke

Draft. A hazy dark golden beer with a lazing off-white head. The aroma has notes of straw, citrusy, dusty hops, and brewmash. The flavor is sweet with notes of matl, caramel, brewmash, and dusty hops, leading to a dry finish where hints of smoke appears.

Medium white head. Clear pale amber body. Strawy dusty fruity aroma with resiny gooseberry notes. Dry resiny earthy taste with pea and dandelion notes. Mid-bodied. Sharpish, slightly astringent mouthfeel. Dry resiny wooden citrus aftertaste with dusty dandelion notes. Really nice, but a bit sharp in the finish. (0.5l draft at brewpub.)

On tap. Pours an almost clear golden with a discreetly lacing off-white head. Fairly sweet malt aroma with a caramel whiff. Medium body with a good and solid malt base - a somewhat odd smoky touch though. The finish is dry with a subdued bitterness. The smoky notes may seem a little out of place but does add a little spicy edge here. 081210
