Draught at CBF 09 as "Festival Trippel". Hazy deep golden colour, medium white head. Sweet, fruity and wheaty, bit spiced aroma. Flavour: pleasant fruitiness, yeast, wheat, good maltiness, mild hoppiness. Dry, fruity, yeasty wheaty finish with a light pleasant bitterness. Rather young tripel. I must taste this one again.

Hazy blond color. A quite simplistic strong Ale, with some orange fruitness and spicy character, even a hint of manure; but , tasted twice within a week, it shows some infection spreading into it…

On tap at the brewpub. Almost clear, golden body with a white head. A bit weak aroma, with fruit, some spices, banana and some citrus. Sweet flavor with yeast-notes, pale malt, a little spicyness and a good fruityness. Medium body with a nice carbonation level. Fruity, slighlty spiced finish. The nose is too weak, but it is a nice, relaxing beer. (071006)

Tap @ the brewery. Pours a hazy orange with a small creamy white head. Good lacing. Aroma has oranges (sweet) and peaches. Very full and very creamy. Relatively sweet flavour, malty caramel, some butter and weak hoppyness. Lightly vinious. Not much of a tripel (far too sweet) but well drinkable.
