Draught at the brewpub. Hazy golden coloured with a white head. Aroma of fruits, citrus and spices. Flavour of fruits, citrus and spices.

(On tap) Hazy golden with a white head. Oddly unclean sulphurous aroma. Light and watery body with notes of spices and an odd and not so pleasant tang of phenols from the fermentation. Absolutely not interesting. 241106

Hildigöltur (5104) - København, DENMARK - NOV 24, 2006
Draught at the brewpub. Cloudy pale yellow coloured. Aroma of yeast, soap and lemon. Notes of coriander. Very watery flavour of dishwater, lemon, yeast and some sulphur. Very unpleasant.

Draught @ the brewpub. Yellow coloured. Unclear. Dense white head. Sweet, light yeast, light spice and light fruits in the nose. A bit bland and anonymous. Light coriander and fruits in the flavour. Is sweet, but again a bit too anonymous and bland. Thin and watery body. Dry mouthfeel. Sweet and citric in the end. Is easy to drink, but way too bland for my tastebuds. Seasonally this IMO would be better served in the summer.

Ungstrup (29018) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - NOV 21, 2006
An unclear orange beer with a huge dense cream colored head. The aroma is sweet dusty, but also with light notes of soap and fruit. The flavor is sweet dusty and wheaty combined with light notes of spices and soap, leading to a dry end with a bit of the wheat lingering. Boring, but nothing wrong.
