Cask (gravity dispense) at Egham Beer Festival on 18 August 2011. Copper / ruddy brown colour - quite dark for a bitter. A firm tasty bitter with touches of fruit and plenty of bitter hops. Quite full mouthfeel. A decent drop from a new brewery in Bury St Edmunds - some welcome choice in Greene King heartland.

cask in the brewery pub. Light cherry aroma tones, light hoppy aroma, nice ruby colour, brown head, hazy, Cool bitter taste with sweet tones in the end, smooth slick, medium bitterness, Very nice beer, best of what I tasted here tonight

Cask handpull at Star Inn Huddersfield. After so many golden ales a best bitter is most welcome and if its good enough for chris then its good enough for me. Russet colour lasting beige head. Thickish maltyish and fruityish in mouth. This is a decent best bitter shows what you can do wuth a bit of thought. Good deep malt and fruit good finishing hop sting. As my finishing beer here at The Star its pretty good. Tasty and impressive
