Light amber beer with tropical hop notes and aromas of lime and passion fruit, with a touch of roast malt providing a slightly sweet, nutty flavour, before the aromatic, refreshing finish.

BlackHaddock (4867) - Shropshire, ENGLAND - JUN 30, 2015
30th June 2015: cask pint into a dimpled jug, Briar Rose, a Spoons in Birmingham. Pale amber body, thin white head that tried to leave some lacing. Not as aromatic as the name suggests: some floral notes in the nose and hints of Tropicana. Light malts in the flavours with a floral hop like finish. Decent enough blend but lacked depth and character.
