Pint on tap at Oliver Square location in Edmonton. Poured a light orange color with white head and nice lacing. Aromas of citrus and yeast and some spice. Taste is light sweet malts with some yeast and spice and a modest hoppy finish. This is one fine beer with a pleasing mouthfeel and very drinkable.

Dark copper with a thin lasting foam. Aroma is cookies and thin ginger pepper spice. Beer is a cross of styles. Belgian influenced with a yeast and pepper character. French biere de garde caramel and body. Brittish bitter flavour as well. Good afternoon contemplater.

Pint at Oliver Square brewpub. Orange in colour with a light haze. Small creamy whitish cap. Malty nose with grains and light yeast and caramel sweetness. Flavour is bready and caramelly, finishes drier with yeast and dough notes. Medium bodied with low to medium carbonation. Drinkable with a pleasant malt profile.

Ap-cloudy deep orange, White skim. Ar-v light spice, light citrus, candy, light caramel I think, ok malts. T-ok yeast spice builds as this warms, tasty hops, caramelly bread, lemonish citrus. M-Tart, and spicy finish, medium bodied, finishes decent enough. A good brewsters beer that tastes just a bit differnt than all their other brews
