Very light head. Crisp amber. Light scent but a nice building aggressive hop flavour. Very drinkable with a strong enjoyable hop bite.

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Given to me about a week ago by a co-worker. Colour: Medium yellow with thing white head. Nose: Yeasty, raw honey, trace of mint and pepper. Taste: Light sweet, medium-heavy bitter, medium sour. Very hop-forward. Spicy and herbal. Touch cloying. Fizzles off desperately quick to dry. Good hop kick but loses body too fast.

Pours a clear straw colour with a small white ring around the glass. Aroma is noble hops, pils malt, graham cracker like, and a Flavour is crisp, moderate bitterness, noble hops, pils malt and a medium dry finish.

Why did I do this? Will obliterate this with blue monk in 4 mins. Actually, this is pretty good - never judge a brewsters beer like all the other brewsters beers.... :). Refreshing with a solid bitterness that really lasts, light sweetness and solid cereal grains. I think peaches. Sometimes dry sometimes lightly spicy - kinda like a widowed grandmother lurking at the local watering hole.

Pint on tap at the Oliver Square location in Edmonton pours a golden color with a small white head that leaves virtually no lacing on the glass. Aroma is grassy with some citrus and light cereal grains. Taste is a grassy and citrusy hop bitterness with a grainy malt sweetness underneath. A decent pilsner style brew that is light to medium bodied with some nice carbonation. Overall, this is quite refreshing.
