Pours a clear dark copper with little white head amounting to a small white ring. Aromas of grapefruit and pine and some malty notes. Flavour is some light caramel malt, grapefruit/piney bitterness. Over all a simple ipa but quite enjoyable.

Pint downtown at 11th Ave Calgary. Had this with a rotational Pilsener. Wow, Rob makes some good beer. Brewsters has gone from a mediocre brew pub focused on food and location to being a serious purveyor of fine proudly brewed beers. A very good beer and worth a trip. Yellow. Hop aroma and big balanced tasty hops.

Pint on tap at the Oliver Square location pours a golden orange color with a small white head that leaves very little lacing behind. Aroma is grapefruit and pine with some grains. Taste is a bold grapefruit and piney bitterness with an underlying malty sweetness. Medium bodied with modest carbonation. A nicely done IPA that is definitely worth a try. Quite flavorful and nicely balanced.
