On tap at Oliver Square, served in pint mug. Deep amber, fast fading white head. Light malt aroma. Caramel malt flavours, a bit toasty, some hops in the finish, a little citric, dryish. Light body and carbonation.

Reddish copper colour with a faintly sweet aroma, though there was a strange nuttiness here which I found in many of Brewsters beers. Nothing spectacular.

Dark amber body with a small off white head. Very mild sweet malt aroma, caramel and toffee. Taste more sweet malts and caramel. Could use a touch more bitterness for my tastes.

Pint on tap at Oliver Square location. Poured an amber color with some brown. Head was white and creamy with some lacing left behind. Aromas of caramel and light chocolate. Taste is malty sweet with some mild hops in the finish. Pleasing on the palate with mild carbonation and a decent body. Overall, one of my favorite pours at Brewsters.

Reddish brown pour with medium off white head. Malty aroma and not much more. Taste was an initial pleasant malt bomb but quickly turned to a watery aftertaste mess. Served way to cold but did not improve as it warmed.

Pours copper red with a very thick foamy head. Caramel and chocolate are dominant on the nose. Very rich toffee flavour. dry finish. slightly sweet with a bitter chocolate aftertaste. This is a very nice beer. An all out malt experience. Love it! It almost has a mild coca cola flavour to it with out the over sweetness and the burning carbonation of coke.

This is my regular order at Brewsters (when it’s not Blue Monk season). It’s the devil you know - dependable. Clear reddish amber color, clean finish, mildly roasted malty taste with few hoppy undertones. Light enough to go with a heavy meal, but substantial enough that you know you’re drinking a beer. Nice carbonation, thin head, decent lacing. A solid choice.

On tap. Has a nice dark reddish brown colour to it and small white head, aroma is slightly chocolate with caramel, taste is not as strong but there is some maltiness to it and some chocolate. Overall a pretty decent beer.

Dark orange pour. Sweet malts on the nose. A little dry taste. Sweet malty taste. Just OK.

I thought this beer was pretty good. The pour is dark reddish brown with a thin head. Taste is malty and bready tones. Palate is a little weak and malts are the only thing I end up tasting. Overall, okay brew, but nothing memorable.
