Cask at GBBF 2010. A nut brown beer with a yellowish head. The aroma has notes of lemons. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and caramel as well as lighter notes of citrusy hops.

[Cask at Back of Beyond (JDW), Reading] Amber. Very very hoppy indeed, maybe a bit too much so for my liking. Flowers and lemon seem to be the theme, but it’s all hops and no balance.

Cask (Regal, Cambridge)
6 Fruity aroma, peach and little citrus.
4- Reddy orange, small sparkler head.
7 Bold fruity mashy body, pleasant gentle hops, a touch citrussy - I’m guessing EKG dry hopped.
4 Soft palate, carbonation low. Finish gently hoppy, a little bitter, a little citrussy.
14 Very tasty bitter.

The Felix Holt (JDW), Nuneaton. Copper with a pure white foam that goes the distance. Aroma of oatmeal, damp wood and orange peel; good balance of orange and passion fruit tang and husky malt on the palate. Clean, tangy, quietly impressive...

Cask at the Swan and Rushes, Leicester. Really good beer. Like a golden ale in bitter coloure clothing. Fruity, light, fragrant and delicious range of hop notes. Some sour tang, some American style pine. Good. Good. Good. Drinkable. Good.

Cask@GBBF2010. Golden colour, small head. Aroma is wood, fruits, nectar, some mild earth and spices as well. Flavour is quite much the same with some bready and mildly nutty notes. Quite strongly fruityish floral hops in the finish.
