Cask, handpump at the JDW near the castle complex, Oxford 02.09.10 Pours lemony gold with a white head. This isn’t as good as a certaing other hophead from down on the south coast but nonetheless its a damn good beer. Nice hoppy profile, good buzzy bitterness. The bitterness in this lingers, simple but very tasty for a 3.6% beer. A6 A4 T7 P4 Ov13 3.4

Fruity, slightly malty taste with notes of citrus, green apples and a generous floral bitterness in the finish. Light body, fairly dry. Nice and tasty with a generous hop character.

Cask at Paisley Beer Festival. Golden colour with a thin head that quickly dissipated. Hoppy without being overpowered. Bit thin and watery but very drinkable

UPDATED: APR 11, 2013 Cask conditioned - OGs Wellingborough. Hazy golden beer which does clear. There are some fruity-hoppy notes to the aroma and the taste is very hoppy and sharp. A nice enough beer but not moreish or quenching.Score 3.1

Cask, Leicester 2010 (back for the Saturday night session now). Yellow gold with a fleeting ring of suds. Some damp carpet and lemony hop aroma. More assertive marmalade hoppiness in the mouth; fresh oat-like biscuit softness, cashew and lemon. Good bite and condition. Just hums like a toilet rug.
