Cask: Regular. Originally a Spring seasonal.
A pale hoppy brew with a fresh floral hop character from a blend of English and American hops. A most satisfying and refreshing session beer.

There is a rather off-putting sweaty sock edge in the aroma, but, once you get over that, I found this a drinkable but uninspiring session bitter. The name must contravene the Trades Descriptions Act as the hop accents were muted at best. Not properly conditioned in my view, so it needs another tasting. Cask (gravity) Battersea Beer Festival

Cask at CBC, London on 12th April 2013. Clear gold with white film of part-lacing foam. Grassy, hoppy aroma. Hops and berry fruits dominate the in-mouth experience with delicate strawbery note and mildly savoury touches present. Fruity finish with berries and white wine. Light mouthfeel and body.

Gravity dispense at the 23rd Battersea Beer Festival - 06/02/13. Clear light golden with no head. Nose carries pale malt, hops, touch of grapefruit. Taste comprises light mango, hops, grass, grapefruit. Medium bodied with moderate carbonation, dryish finish. Decent refreshing stuff.

Cask at Tap East, London. Pours lightly cloudy yellow with a strong, white foam head. Lemony citrus nose, light dough notes. Light sweet flavor, some mellow pale malts, light hay, low bitterness. Light bodied with soft carbonation. Not in top condition. Light sweet finish but in general pretty bland. LIght notes of plastic, some dough. Bland overall; perhaps the beer’s character has been reduced due to poor condition.

Gravity at Birmingham Beer Festival 2012. A lovely Golden. Nice flavour, balance etc. The live music on the upper floor is, by this point, utterly excreble.
